Vetiver
The Root of Shadows

Earth pulled up by its roots — smoke, soil and cool green shade.
Vetiver is the underside of the world — a tangle of roots drawn up from the dark, carrying soil, smoke, and the cool green memory of rain. Earthy and bittersweet, she is at once grounding and strange, the smell of a place rather than a thing.
A tenacious base note, she anchors a composition with damp, rooty depth and a faint smokiness, holding the lighter notes to the skin long after they would otherwise have vanished.
