Sandalwood
The Warm Prayer

Creamy heartwood that smells of skin and old devotion.
Sandalwood is the rarest of warm woods — soft, lactic, almost milky, with a quiet sacred sweetness that lingers like the inside of a temple. True Mysore is now almost myth; her modern incarnations are gentler but still carry the warmth of the original.
A foundational base note, she gives a fragrance a slow creamy radiance and the closeness of skin warmed under cloth.
