We work in small, numbered batches. Each formula is rebuilt from scratch when key botanicals—rose petals from our own garden, a year-long tincture, a rare resin—are ready again. Because terroir and extraction methods shift, every run is treated as a vintage: the 2025 pressing will never smell exactly like the 2026 pressing. Expect one vintage a year. When a batch sells out, it’s gone until the next cycle of raw materials comes in.

Each perfume is released as a Vintage Chapter—a limited run whose scent reflects that year’s harvest conditions and the perfumer’s evolving hand. Like a fine wine or first edition, it is never exactly repeated.

Usually—but never unchanged. Raw-material harvests shift, extractions vary, and our formulas evolve. Think of each run as a first edition; later printings may read differently on the skin.

Scent is a sense, not a segment. Wear what moves you.

Yes. We use resins, absolutes, tinctures, botanicals, and natural isolates (single molecules distilled or fractionated from plants). You’ll find no petrochemical synthetics here.

Our perfumes are Eau de parfum—blended at 20–25% concentration. This gives them a rich, long-lasting character, even though natural materials tend to wear closer to the skin than synthetics.

Natural perfumes wear closer to the skin than synthetic blends:
• Resins, woods, balsams: ~8 hours
• Florals & lighter fantasy accords: ~4 hours
A dab on fabric—scarf, shirt cuff—can extend the trail well into the evening.

Most are botanically pure, but we do work with traditional animalic materials such as honey absolute, wool absolute, seashell tinctures, and natural ambergris.

We’re committed to sourcing as responsibly as a micro-studio can. We look for suppliers who practice fair labor and sound ecology, and we avoid botanicals listed as threatened unless we know they are ethically harvested. Because harvest conditions and vendor ownership can change over time, we re-evaluate our sources each season and adapt formulas when necessary. Transparency is ongoing rather than absolute, but ethical intent guides every purchase we make.

Because every bottle is hand-blended in small runs and must remain pristine, we’re unable to accept returns on opened fragrances. No, we do not have sales. We do provide credits when purchasing a Discovery Set. which can be used for full-size purchases. We do, however, occasionally offer loyalty rewards.
